Adam unexpectedly passed away on July 5, 2021 at 50 years of age.

Loving father of Sophia and former spouse of Melissa.  Beloved son of Edward and Diane.  Brother of Andrew (Holly).  Grandson of Florence Dudzinski.  Also survived by his nieces Claire and Zoey, aunts, uncles, cousins, especially Janet Cartell.

Relatives and friends are welcome to pay respects Saturday, 12-12:45 P.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19114.  Funeral Service 1 P.M.
