Albert C. Thame "Al" passed away suddenly on December 16, 2019 at the age of 35. Beloved son of the late Albert J. Thame (Jenn Shanks), and the late Cynthia Baker Thame (the late Charles Sweeney). Dear grandson of Gloria Baker and the late Fred Baker. Al is survived by his lifetime companion Lisa Finn and their son Albert C. Thame, Jr. Devoted brother of Ryan, Evan, Fiona, and Damien. Also survived and many loving aunts, uncles, and his adoring cousins, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Sunday Eve 6-8 PM and Monday 9:30-10:30 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service at 11 AM. Interment William Penn Cemetery.
