At the age of 68. Loving husband of the late Eileen (nee Klein); devoted father of Megan and W. Marc; brother of Francis (Marie), Michael (Lisa), Richard and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen, Denise Klein, and Lyn Kirlin; and his late brother, Stephen.
Skip graduated from North Catholic High School, served in Vietnam as a Staff Sgt. U.S.M.C. Military Intelligence and was an L&I Inspector for the City of Phila. of over 30 years. Skip was a fun-loving man.
