Amy suddenly passed away on July 14, 2024 at the age of 39. Loving daughter of Eileen Chavez (nee Sandor) and the late Jose Chavez.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Mass on Monday, July 22, 2024, 10 A.M., at St. Dominic's Church, 8504 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19136. Burial immediately following the mass in the St. Dominic Cemetery Courtyard.
