Andrew Joseph Troutman, Sr. passed away suddenly November 9, 2023. Beloved husband of 46 years to Donna (nee Carney).  Devoted father of Joseph (Christine), Christina Barth (Christopher), and Andrew Jr. (Marie).  Loving pop of Tyler, Ryan, Joseph, Alyssa, Matthew, Cole, Chase, and Cara and great grandpop of Ayden and Carmelo.  Dear brother of Dominick, Rosemary, and Anne Marie; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Andrew was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a devoted fan of Penn State Football and Yankees Baseball.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday, November 16, 2023, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM St. Katherine of Siena Church.  Interment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Philadelphia Vietnam Veterans Memorial, P.O.
