A Levittown resident who died peacefully at home on Wed. Dec. 17, 2008, at the age of 83.
Anna worked in the defense plant during WWII and AT & T. and retired from ETS after 19 years
of service.She enjoyed traveling with her husband, sewing, and dancing and was the most loving and caring person, very patient with a heart of gold. Daughter of the late Frank and Anna Carpineta, she was preceded in death by her brother Frank D. Carpineta.
Anna was the beloved wife and best friend of RObert L. Nicholson for 64 years and the loving mother of Robert F. Nicholson (Barbara) of Levittown, Carla Floyd (William) of Fairless Hills and Wendy Vanderheyden (Philip) of Murfreesboro, TN; she also will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Bobby, Lisa, Adam, Derek, Zach, Nick and her 6 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service Monday 11AM at Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Rd. Levittown, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10AM.
