IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Anne M.
O'Brien
September 1, 1959 – February 21, 2025
Anne was the only daughter of Harry and Anne Marie (McArdle) Kauffman. She was preceded by her three brothers and they often called her either "The Princess" or "Miss Anne." Anne was raised in the Frankford section of the city until the family moved to Morrell Park in Northeast Philadelphia.
Anne was a graduate of Christ the King Parish School and Archbishop Ryan High School and shortly after graduation, she began work as a Federal employee at the Naval Depot in Northeast Philadelphia.
Anne was married to Jim O'Brien, and had two daughters, Kimberly McCarthy (Matt) and Nicole Judge (Kevin). Anne enjoyed life, her family and her dogs, traveling, playing games on the Wildwood Boardwalk and hanging out down the shore, but nothing meant more to her than being Mommom Gingie to her three grandchildren, Grace, Michael and Conor.
Anne will be greatly missed by her husband, her daughters and grandchildren. She is also survived by her three brothers, Michael (Beth), Thomas (Maureen) and Robert and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be private. We appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers. Thank you, The O'Brien Family.
