Anthony D. "Tony" passed away suddenly October 14, 2021 at the age of 65.  Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Phillips).  Devoted father of Anthony D. Jr. (Olivia) and Nicole Stein (Scott).  Loving Pop of Alexis and Skylar.  Dear brother of Albert (Lisa) and Jeffrey (Nicholas).  Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his good friend Bryant Greene.  Anthony will also be sadly missed by his loving extended family and the Always Best Care Village.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and also Tuesday 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Road, Levittown, PA, followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM St. Ephrem Church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Walk to End Alzheimer's .
