Tony passed away suddenly on August 4, 2018 at the age of 36. Beloved son of Larry and Ellen (nee Egner) Riggs. Loving fiancé of Amber Nowland. Devoted father of Anthony Riggs, Mercedes Riggs, Alexis Riggs, and Taylor Nowland. Dear brother of Kim Rafferty (Sean). Uncle of Frankie and Sean; nephew of Roy and Sharon Egner, and Billy Egner. He is also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday Eve 6-8:30 PM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service at 8:45 PM. Interment private.
