At the age of 68 lost his long battle with cancer. Loving husband of Frances (nee South). Devoted father of Arthur John "AJ" (Jama), Patricia Dooley (John), Antanette Houck (Bill), Jason (Diana), Kenneth (Megan), Jaime Hansen (Bill), Christina Stilo (Fred). Dear Pop Pop of 18 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Brother of Charles, Richard, Walter, Philip, Margaret-Cassidy and the late Regina Moxley. Mr. Wagher served in the Navy during Vietnam. He was a loving father, husband and pop pop. Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service on Friday 9:30-10:30 AM at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Rd. Phila., PA 19116 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to The Breathing Room, 120 S. York Rd. Hatboro, PA 190040 in his memory.
