Arthur served the City of Philadelphia for 38 years, retiring as a Battalion Chief. He is also survived by his large extended loving family. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Sunday 4-8 PM and Monday 9-10 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME 9708 Frankford Ave. (So. of Grant Ave.) followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church.
