Barbara Ann Carter passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 81. She joins in heaven her beloved husband the late Frederick Joseph and her beloved son Michael P. Joniec (Lisa). Loving mother of Sandra Bellettirie (Gerald) and Marianne Wooton (Jeff). Loving stepmother of Patricia Leonetti (John), Daniel Carter (Suzanne), Diane Carter-Wright (John) and the late Karen Falatico.  Dear Grandmom to 15 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Barbara is also survived by her sister, 2 brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law and her nieces and nephews. She will be sorely missed by her many, many friends that she made over the years. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Friday February 3, 2023 at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila. PA 19114 from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM followed by her service 12:00 PM. Interment St. Dominic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family would prefer donations to MDS Foundation in her memory.
