Barbara C. Ruiz (nee McGovern) passed away on November 23, 2018 at the age of 75. Loving wife of John F. Devoted mother of John D., and Clare A. Grobelny (Jacob). Sister of Thomas (Maria), and the late Marlene V. McGovern. She is also survived by her extended loving family.
