III "Neil", loving mother of Cornelius IV "Neil" (Terry), Andrew "Drew" (Regine), and Kimberly Wing (Duke), also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and her brother Andrew J. Penz Jr. (Valerie).
