Blake unexpectedly passed away on June 16, 2021.  He was a Fire Service Paramedic in the Philadelphia Fire Department.

Loving father of Gavin Blake Bradley.  Beloved son of Rochelle.  Caring brother of his sisters Deanna and Vikki.  Also survived by aunts and uncle Rebecca, David and Linda; and nieces and nephew Presley, Jessica, and James.
