Caitlin passed away tragically on August 13, 2017 at the age of 23. Loving daughter of Daniel T. and Andrea Coulter. Amazing sister of Daniel T., John P., Miranda L., Victoria M., Rebecca L., Cassandra D., Anthony D. and Mason D. Cherished granddaughter of Deborah and the late Donald Jaje, and Deborah and the late David J. Coulter. Great granddaughter of Dolores and the late Thomas F. Kane. Caitlin is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday 5:00 PM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1514 Woodbourne Rd. Levittown, PA 19057 followed by Words of Remembrance at 8:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, family prefers donations to Caitlin's Memorial Fund.
