Carl A. Williams died suddenly at home on August 17, 2017. Loving husband of Barbara (nee Stack).  Beloved father of Barbara J. Ashman (Bill) and stepfather of Peter Frantz (Carlene). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his father Raymond and mother Elizabeth Williams. Carl graduated from West Catholic Boys High in 1962 and served a tour in Vietnam 1966-1967 in 173rd Airborne Division. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, September 15, 2017 1:00 PM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Service at 2:00 PM.
