Carol A. Quigley  passed away suddenly July 21, 2019 at the age of 75. She was the beloved daughter of the late William and Ethel Mae  (nee Patterson) Quigley and loving step daughter of the late Samuel Young. Sister of the Late Mary Quigley, William E Quigley and Suzanne Wise. She is survived by her sister-in-law Barbara Quigley (the late Bill) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, August 2, 2019, 9 to 10:15 AM at the Burns Funeral Home 9708 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia PA. 19114, followed by her funeral service at 10:30 AM. Interment is Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
