At the age of 52 after a courageous battle with cancer. Cate worked for the Philadelphia Inquirer for over 10 years. Devoted mother of Anthony, Nick, Billy and Allison; loving daughter of Jeanette M. and the late Joseph A. Bamberski; dear sister of Joseph (Loretta), Stephen (Shelly) and Jack; step-daughter of Joan Bamberski; also survived by 4 nephews and 3 nieces.
