Charles E. Bilger, age 97, passed away January 6, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Frances (nee Sheehan). Longtime resident of Winchester Park. Survived by his nieces and nephews, his beloved cousin Eva, and caring nieces Mary Jane and Grace.
