Charles P. Devlin passed away December 14, 2020. Wonderful, loving Husband to Joan (nee Szatny). Beloved Daddy to Joanne Babnew (David) and Barbara Ross (Mark). Pop-Pop to David, Phillip, Jill, Matthew, Thomas, Alexa and Loren and Great Pop-Pop to Kinsley and Charles. He is also survived by his brother Raymond. Viewing 10AM-11AM Friday December 18, 2020 at Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia PA 19114) followed by his funeral service 11AM. (PA Covid Guidelines followed). Interment private.
