Beloved husband of the late Elsie (nee House), devoted father of Charles (Marina) and Elsie Garcia (Richard Sr.), dear grandfather of Richard, Nancy, Audrey, Charles, Scott and Gregory; also survived by nine great grandchildren Sara, Jocelyn, Caitlin, Jake, Alexa, Max, Carly, Brooke and Julia, and three great great grandchildren Santino, Carmen and Luciano.
