Charles W. Friend passed peacefully July 2, 2022.  Devoted husband of Dawn (nee Citino).  Loving father of Eric and Monica.  Cherished G-Pop of Lucia Rose and Isaiah Charles.  Dear brother of Edmund (Pat), Patsy Thompson, Richard (Beth), George (Terri), and David (Lorraine); also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday, July 9, 2022, 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by his Service 12:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory would be appreciated.
