He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Kathleen A. Taylor and 4 children, Thomas Theuer of Phila., Kelly Nederostek of Media, PA, Michelle Higginson of Rosamond, CA and Kimberly Taylor of Phila, as well as 7 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 10 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (So. of Grant Ave.) followed by his Memorial Service 11 A.M.
