IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cheryl M.
Curry
August 26, 1950 – June 21, 2023
Cheryl M. Curry (nee Milke) passed away June 21, 2023 at the age of 72. Loving wife of the late John. Beloved mother of John Curry, III (Lisa) and Michael Curry (Belinda). Grandmom of Michael, Jr., Joseph, Brian, Cailee, Mackenzie, John, IV, and Luke. Sister of Glenn Milke (Patti), and Keith Milke (Dina). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Cheryl was a sports enthusiast, always supporting the Philly teams and all family members near and far. She was simply known as "grandmom" to all the kids at the games she made (and she made all that she possibly could). She was very intelligent, very supportive and always encouraging, no matter what it was you were doing. She was very proud of all the accomplishments of ALL her family members and would brag about them constantly. She was by no means rich but would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it, even if it meant she would freeze. Probably the thing she was best at was making you feel like you were the number one priority to her in the world, regardless of whether you were family or a friend, you were always special to HER. That will probably be the biggest mark she will be leaving on this world.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Thursday evening, July 6, 2023, from 7-9 P.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.
