Chuck passed away July 19, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, after a long  courageous battle with cancer.  Beloved husband of Andrea (nee Pontious).  Devoted father of Jessica and Jamie (Steve).  Loving Pop of Eva and Ivy.  Dear brother of Rick, Terry, Joe, and Rose Kochanowicz.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday, 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Phila., followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 in Chuck's memory would be appreciated.
