Claire E. Hammer (nee Klebes), age 86, passed away on June 3, 2025.  Beloved wife of 59 years to the late Willis Hammer.  Loving mother of Michael Hammer (Carol), David Hammer, Linda Sansone (Steven), and the late James Hammer and Karen Colon (Fernando).  Grandmom to Michael, James, Sarah (Robert), Peter, Robert, Catherine (Phil), Breanna, Jane, Daniel, Marie, and Steven.  Great grandmother of Michael and Roman.  Sister of Theresa, Patricia, and Madge.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Tuesday morning, 9:00 A.M.-9:45 A.M. at Christ the King Church, 3252 Chesterfield Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
