Claire A. (nee Kaznica) passed away September 30, 2021, at the age of 74.  Beloved wife of the late Martin.  Devoted mother of Claire Toner, Martin III, and Katie Polhamus (Ryan).  Loving Mom Mom of Maura, Brigid, Emma, Nathan, Braeden, and Declan.  Dear sister of Janet Sullivan and Eileen Straub; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Claire was the former director of the Senior Center at St. Bernard's Church in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday Evening 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, and also Wednesday, 10:00 AM St. Andrew Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA, followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM.  Interment is Private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Susan G. Komen Foundation, 13770 Noel Rd., Suite 801889, Dallas, TX 75380 in her memory would be appreciated.
