Clare T. Zapf (nee Kane) passed away with her family by her side on March 25, 2024 at the age of 72. Beloved longtime companion of Charles Collins. Loving mother of John (Erica), and Rachel Zapf. Dear grandmom of Jack and Lucy. Sister of Lorraine Sudall (Bill), and Carol Roach (Jim). She is also survived by her many loving nieces, nephew and dear friends. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday April 5, 2024 at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 from 9:00-10:30 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church.
