Neil passed away on May 10, 2017. He was 91 years young. Loving husband of the late Bernice (nee Penz). Devoted father of Cornelius "Neil", IV (Terry), Andrew (Regine), and Kimberly Wing (Duke). Grandfather of 9 grandchildren and their spouses and 15 great grandchildren. Brother of the late James. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Lorraine; and his extended family. Neil was a US Navy WWII Veteran and a Local 19 member for 60 years. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday 8-9:30 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM at St. Dominic Church.
