IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Corradino Cozza
"Dino"
August 25, 1934 – January 21, 2025
Corradino "Dino" Cozza, passed away peacefully on January 21, at the age of 90. Dino was the beloved husband of 62 years to the late Angiolina. He is survived by his brother Vince and sister Lucia and the late Francesco, Maria, and Luigi. Dino was the devoted patriarch of a large family, including his children Caroline (Richard), Louis (Tina), Joseph (Jacqueline), Rosana (Ivan), and Diana. He was adored as Nonno to Jaclyn, Sara, Andrea, Dominique, Alisa, Joseph, Lauren, Stefan, Bianca, and Amanda. Dino was also Nonno to his beloved great- grandchildren Luca, Angiolina, Nick, Vivienne, Samantha, Juliette, Mason, and Grace.
Born on August 25, 1934, in Cosenza, Italy, to Carolina (nee Perrone) and Giuseppe Cozza, Dino spent his childhood on a farm, where he developed a lifelong passion for gardening—a passion that he nurtured throughout his life. At 18, he married the love of his life, Angiolina, and together they began building a beautiful family in Italy.
In pursuit of the American Dream, Dino bravely left his homeland to move his young family to Philadelphia. There, he worked tirelessly to create a brighter future for his children. His strength and determination became the foundation of his life. Dino's legacy is defined by his relentless hard work, profound love for his family, and his vibrant, enduring spirit.
For many years, Dino fought Alzheimer's, lymphoma, and heart failure. Alzheimer's may have gradually taken his memories, but it never took away the love and lessons he imparted to those around him.
