Courtney D. Maas (nee Breustedt) suddenly passed away January 18, 2021 at the age of 45. Beloved wife of and best friend of 13 years to Jim Maas. Loving mother of Aaron, Caitlin and the late Amber. Stepmom to Justin, Bryan and Megan. Beloved daughter of Mary (nee Todd) and Richard Breustedt. Dear sister of Robert Breustedt (Marie "Rose"), Mark Breustedt and Meghan Larsen (Mark). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and her babies Jaxie, Brie, and Bailey.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday 9 AM to 11 AM at the Burns Funeral Home, 1428 E. Columbia Ave., Phila. PA 19125, followed by her funeral service at 11:15 AM. Interment is our Lady of Grace cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory  may be made to Women's Humane Society, 3839 Richlieu Rd. Bensalem PA 19020
