Suddenly, October 22, 2016, at the age of 60. Devoted mother of Cynthia Hawthorne (Eric) and Michelle Hawthorne, step mother to Earl Hawthorne (Michele) and John Hawthorne (Christine) and their children; loving sister of Andy (Margie), Sheila (David), Sharon, Bart (Mary), David (Rudy), Arlene (Wolfie) and the late Judy; also survived by many nieces and nephews and her former husband John. Relatives, friends, and employees of the City of Philadelphia are invited to her viewing Friday Evening 7 to 9 PM and also Saturday 9:30 to 10:30 AM, Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., followed by her Funeral Mass 11 AM Our Lady of Calvary Church.
