Daniel J. DiMassa, 73, of Wooster, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025, following a period of declining health.  Dan was born on March 22, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Augusta and Philomena (Pinto) DiMassa.  Dan was a graduate of Girard College in PA. Dan continued his education and received his engineering degree. He had been employed by Rubbermaid and other manufacturing companies during the years. The last company he worked for was Chick Master Incubator, in Medina before his retirement. His great love was music, whether playing in a band or in his studio. Dan also wrote music. He was a very gifted and talented musician and loved to entertain.
He is survived by his soul mate and long-time loving companion, Jolena Coblentz; a daughter, Victoria (Giovanna) DiMassa; son, Daniel Sautner, Jr.; brother, Louis (Marie) DiMassa; and two sisters, Carolyn Creech, and Natalie Logan.  Preceding him in death were his parents and sister, Laura Fetscher.
A graveside service for family and friends will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Holy Cross Cemetery, 626 Baily Rd., Yeadon, PA 19050.
