David A. Smith passed away July 18, 2019. Loving son of Jean Smith and late Anthony. Beloved brother of Bonnie Frame (Dan) and Eric (Terri). Also Survived by 4 loving nieces. Best friend to Linda Dunn. David was a heavy machine operator for the Local 825.
