Deacon John G. "Jack" on March 3, 2017 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Anne M. (nee Meier). Devoted father of Anne Heineman (Chuck). Loving Pop Pop of CJ and Maura. Dear brother of Sister Joan Boyle O.P. (Jacks twin sister), Kathleen Bellas (Jerry) and the late James Boyle , Elizabeth Paul, and Regina Connelly. Jack was a parishioner of Holy Name of Jesus Church for over 70 years. He was ordained a Deacon in 2006 and spent the next 11 years at Holy Name. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 7 yrs. during the Vietnam war. Relatives, clergy, parishioners and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday 5-6:45 PM at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 701 Gaul St. (at Berks St.) Phila., PA 19125 followed by his Parish Mass at 7:00 PM and Wednesday 8:30-9:15 AM viewing followed by his Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM with Principal Celebrant Bishop John J. McIntyre. Interment Washington Crossing National Cem. Family prefers donations to the above mentioned church in his memory.
