Deborah M. Makowski (née Barnes) passed away suddenly on December 24, 2025, at the age of 71. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Makowski, Jr. for 52 years and a loving mother to Joseph and Kathleen Makowski (Anthony).

Deborah was a devoted grandmom to Tyler and Anthony, and a cherished great-grandmom to Carson and Tyler. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, January 2, 2025, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114, from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM, followed by her service at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private.
