Denise Lauf, age 68, loving mother, grandmother, and adoring wife to Thomas Lauf passed away on the 21st of August after years of battling with health problems caused from COPD and Congestive Heart Failure.  Denise was born in 1955, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was an only child to her parents Fred and Theresa Miller.

Denise grew up to be the most loving and caring person. She was selfless with her love and incorporated that incredible love into her marriage and Motherhood.

Denise met her husband, Thomas, in 1974. They fell deep in love and married in 1976. She was married to Thomas for 47 years. They had 2 children and share 6 grandchildren.

Denise is survived by her husband, Thomas Lauf, her son Brian Lauf, her daughter Michele Lauf Vandegrift, her grandchildren; Brian Lauf Jr., Christopher Lauf, Emily Lauf, Sean Lauf, Maximus, Thomas, and Evelyn Vandegrift.

We know we can't have you now, but we're happy knowing that you're with the angels watching over us all.

A memorial dinner will take place at Gallos seafood, 8101 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19152 on Friday, September 1st, 2023, at 3pm.

In Lieu of flowers or gifts, the family prefers any donations to the American Lung Association.
