Son of the late Robert and Mae McNeill, Sr., brother of the late Robert Jr., Thomas, and Shawn, dear step-brother of Mary Louise Cressman, Joseph, Robert, and Paul Hosephros,and Dorothy Sagin; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
