Diane Donahue (née Hegh) passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Thomas J. Donahue, Jr., and a devoted mother to Thomas J. Donahue III (Mary), Jeffrey Donahue (Amy), Megan Collins (Jim), and Kaitlyn Donahue. Diane was a cherished Mom-Mom to her loving grandchildren: Morgan, Thomas IV, Kacie, Jeffrey, Moira, and Kiera. She is also survived by her sister, Carol Drachowski (Fran).

Diane found great joy in the simple pleasures of life—especially playing card games with her grandchildren, exploring flea markets, and occasionally trying her luck at the penny slot machines. A proud and dedicated member of her community, Diane served for many years as a Philadelphia Crossing Guard, ensuring the safety of countless children and forming bonds with neighbors and families throughout the area.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Interment will be held privately.

Diane's warmth, humor, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
