Dolores J. Thomas, 89, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025.  Dolores was a long time Nurse (LPN) and a Philadelphia School Crossing Guard for 10 years.

Beloved wife of the late Norman S. Thomas. Loving mother of John M. Young and Sharon M. Wachter (George S.). Dear grandmother of Thomas Gibbons, James & Matt Gibbons and Chris Thomas (Kelly). Sister of Diane McLaughlin (Charlie) and Helen Revard (Joseph), Aunt to Caitlyn Young and Kevin Young.  She was the stepmother of Norman S. Thomas, Jr. and Raymond Thomas. She will be sadly missed by many other family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, August 16th, 9:00- 10:45 A.M. at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.  Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery following Mass.

A memorial luncheon will be held at a later date in Dolores' home state of Delaware.
