Donald J. Regan passed away April 26, 2020 at Temple Hospital. He is a resident of Fishtown. Husband of the late Isabella (nee Potts) Regan, loving father of Theresa Merz (the late William) and Donald V. Regan, beloved brother of Margaret Ryan. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday August 1, 2020 9:00 to 9:45 AM at St. Anne Church 2328 E. Lehigh Ave. Phila. Pa 19125 followed by his funeral mass at 10 AM. Interment is private.
