It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Donna L. Hazell, (née Gabriel), on May 13, 2025, at the age of 76. Donna was the beloved wife of 55 years to Dennis Hazell, Sr. and a devoted mother to Dennis Hazell, Jr. and James Hazell.

Donna was a cherished Nana to Samantha, Jimmy Jr., Cassidy, Becky, Kaitlin, Alison, and Brendan, and a proud great grandmom to Mariah, Raelynn, Emeree, and Blake. She will be deeply missed by her brother Leonard "Bud" Gabriel, along with a host of family members, friends, and loved ones who were touched by her warmth and kindness.

A graduate of St. Hubert's High School, Donna enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She had a love for playing UNO, watching her favorite cooking shows, and spending time with the classic shows like Little House on the Prairie.

Relatives and friends are invited her viewing on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114, followed by a service at 10:30 AM. She will be laid to rest at Forest Hills Cemetery.
