Father of Skylar. Son of Dorothy and the late Eddie Manuel Garcia, Jr. Brother of Michelle, Mirelise, and Eric. Stepson of Isabel. Also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Friday, 9-10:45 A.M. at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 1428 E. Columbia Ave. (at Frankford Ave.), Phila., PA 19125. Funeral Service 11 A.M. Interment Greenmount Cemetery.
