Devoted father of Jennifer Bailey and her husband James, Ashlee and Reenie Foisy, dear pop of Jimmy Bailey. Ed owned and operated Foisy Roofing for over 30 years in Northeast Philadelphia and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday Evening 7-9 P.M. and also Tuesday 8:30-9:30 A.M. at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave. (so. of Grant Ave.) followed by his funeral mass 10 A.M. at St. Katherine of Siena Church.
