Edward L. Kozlowski passed away February 28, 2020. A WWII Vet and a retired Phila. Police officer. Beloved husband of 63 years to the late Grace (nee Henry). Loving partner of Ellen Molz. Dear brother of Frances Walsh, Florence Kasmark, and the late Walt. Also survived by many other loving family members.
