Edward J. Reece passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025, at the age of 97. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Vitaly, the loving father of Libra Reece and CarolAnn Sparango, and the son of George and Jenni (Devlin) Reece.

A proud United States Air Force veteran, Ed was a man of quiet strength and determination.

Above all, he treasured time with his family and had a very special bond with his granddaughter Mary.

Cherished "Pop" of Mary, Melissa, and Victoria, Ed also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. He is reunited in heaven with his parents, and his siblings George, Jack, Bob, Rich, and June.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Burns Funeral Home, 9708 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19114.
