Eileen B. Medina, a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2024, at the age of 96, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Rafael Medina. Eileen was a devoted mother to Al Medina, Charles Medina (Kathryn), Rafael Daniel Medina, Samuel D. Medina (Elizabeth), and Lillian Medina. She took great joy in being a loving Mom Mom to her grandchildren: Elizabeth, Eli, Mary, Charlie, Joe, Sammy, Rebekah, Jonathan, and Kristen. Her legacy extends to her great-grandchildren Jeremiah, Arianna, Serafina, and Elorah, who will always remember her warmth and kindness. She is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews.

Eileen led a life filled with grace, love, and dedication to her family. Her presence will be deeply missed but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday August 3, 2024 at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19114 at 9:00 AM followed by her Service at 10:00 AM. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
