Elaine C. Mackey (nee Westerfer) passed away February 17, 2022.  Dear daughter of the late William and Katherine Westerfer.  Loving sister of Dirk (Patricia), Philip (the late Victoria), J. Donald (Dyane), Gary, Irvin, Stephen, David (Patricia), Linda, John, MaryLou (Pam), and the late Catherine, William, Norbert, Nancy, and Patricia.  Dear aunt of Wendy Lynn (Charles).  Elaine will also be sadly missed by her loving extended family.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, February 21, 2022 8:30 AM, Burns Funeral Home 9708 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by her Service 10:30 AM.  Interment will be held at Ivy Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice in Elaine's memory would be appreciated.
