Eleanor Cantando

Eleanor Cantando (née Mayza) passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 16, 2026, at the age of 97.

Beloved wife of the late Arthur, Eleanor was the devoted mother of Diane Konopka, Jeanette Cantando (John), and Arthur Cantando (Mary). She is also survived by Donna Cantando, the mother of her grandchildren, Arthur III, Mario (Amanda), and Anthony (Elise), and was a proud and loving great-grandmother to Raine.

Eleanor was the dear sister of Theresa Robbins and the late John Mayza. She will be remembered for her love of family, her strength, her smile and the warmth she shared with all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at St. Hilary of Poitiers Church, 820 Susquehanna Road, Rydal, PA, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will be held at Lawnview Cemetery.
